Caen to Paris to Turin....






as part of Caen's millenium celebrations, a different citizen is chosen each day to watch over the city from the top of the Caen castle....

train station at Saint Jean de Maurienne...transfer to bus due to landslide blocking rail line...



then back onto a train at a chilly Oulx train station....now in Italy...
